What is a tone. reformer session?
Its a high-intensive and low-impact full body workout on a pilates inspired reformer. The music is up, and the lights are down. The exercises are done slowly and controlled with precision and body tension. Our workouts are hard, but fun with our well-trained coaches and community, which also keep your accountability and make sure you get the results you want. You leave stronger and happier.
What are the benefits of tone. reformer workouts?
Our scientifically designed workouts are designed to strengthen, lengthen, and tone the body. It brings the muscles to fatigue, so the muscles build up stronger and clients get stronger. For a couple of minutes we systematically work on the same muscle group with progressions different focused exercises, which lead in relatively short time to muscle shakes. This brings the results we want.
You get the crispy bikini body (well-formed pilates body) without the bulk. The exercises help to correct poor posture, weak core, and lower back pain. They are an excellent way of keeping the body toned and healthy. It’s a strength training, however it burns 250-450 calories in one session. One advantage of the Reformer is that you have more resistance and a sliding, moving carriage. This allows a wide range of different exercises for beginners and advanced clients. How do I get started/book a session?
Download our tone. app here (android, iphone) and book a session of your choice. We are open 7 days/week. The ideal start for first timers is our special promotion called Intro Offer New client specials.
Do I need to create an account? How can I reset my password in the tone. app?
Yes, please create an account via app or online. It only takes a few clicks and makes your bookings faster and easier and helps us to keep you accountable and make sure you reach the results you want.
You can directly do it in the tone. app by click on “forgot password” and reset your password.
How far in advance can I book sessions?
Our members and 10/20 pack holders have priority when booking sessions and can book sessions up to 4 weeks in advance.
How long are your workouts?
50 minutes high-intense low-impact full body workout on our pilates inspired reformer machines.
What amenities do you offer in the tone. studios?
We provide changing room for women with lockers, which you can close with a number combination as well as beauty products, deos, dry shampoo, Soeder soaps, toilets and a community area for you to connect before and after sessions. There is also water, vitamin and sports water for refreshments.
What should I wear for reformer?
Fitness apparel (leggings, bra) and we recommend grip socks for hygienic and safety reasons (can be bought in the studios).
What happens when I am waitlisted?
Through our waitlist we organize requests for session reservations once the class is full. If someone cancels more than 6- hours prior to the session starts, they will automatically receive the credit back on the account and the first person on the waitlist is immediately sent an email or push notification to either accept or reject the spot. If the spot is still available 1 hour before the session all clients on the waitlist are contacted and the first who signs in, gets the spot. If you prefer you can also come to the studio and wait if someone is a “no-show” so you can take their spot.
Can I join the session as a first timer? Or I’ve never done a tone. session before, can I join?
Our workouts are designed for any level and can be modified to your fitness level and experience. Please let our coach know that it is the first time for you, so that she/he can explain you the tone. reformer and can have an extra eye during the workout on you. Please come 15 minutes before the start of the sessions.
Can I join the sessions after an injury or workout break ?
Let our coaches know about any injuries or concerns before the session. They can offer modifications. Take it easy the first couple of times and build it up again, workout for workout.
Do you offer advanced sessions? Do you offer Beginner Sessions?
Yes we do, just look in the schedule for Reformer Advanced (no First Timers). Beginner sessions are coming too. Stay tuned.
What are your rates and payment options? (tone.)
You can find all our pricing here (www.wetone.fit/member). In general we accept card and Twint. Bank transfer is accepted only for prepaid memberships.

Do you offer special discounts for students?
Yes we offer 20% off on our 10/20 Session Package and on our popular Memberships. To get it write an email to team@wetone.fit and attach a copy of your student card.
Do you offer any discounts or promotions for long-term clients?
We do offer memberships and loyalty programs, e.g. if you keep extending or upgrading our membership as well as friends & family specials. Write us specific questions to team@wetone.fit.
Can I bring guests to my session? Do you offer friends vouchers?
Yes, you are welcome to bring friends, work colleagues, family members or guest to your session. At tone. we workout hard while having fun together. Community is an important value for us. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring additional people. We also offer special friends passes and discounts for first timers just write to team@wetone.fit.
How can my friend join tone. too (referral program)?
As a member you can invite them for the first time for free to a session (one per month). As a non-member you can get a Bring a friend discount of CHF 20 for a Single Session or Intro Offer - write us to team@wetone.fit friend becomes member you get 10% kick back bonus on your account.
What are your studio opening hours?
Our studios are open around our sessions. Please check sessions time per studio. General opening hours are mostly around 6.30-9.30, 11-13.30 and 16.30-21.00. Please note that these hours may vary depending on holidays or special events and studio location. You can check online for changes as well.
How do you ensure client confidentiality and privacy?
We prioritize privacy and confidentiality in our studio. We ensure that any personal data shared with us is always treated confidentially. The personal data is only stored by the service provider and only used to set up and transact the user relationship for the intended purpose. We follow best practices for data protection and confidentiality to maintain the trust of our clients. Your data is not given to other parties.

When do myclubs bookings get accepted/declined?
Clients who book through our website or app have priority. There are only specific timeslots with a limited amount of spots for myclubs clients. Myclubs clients get only accepted if those specific spots are free. The acceptance of myclubs clients lies with tone. studio management. In case of questions please contact your provider, e.g. myclubs and please do not call or e-mail us directly.
How can I provide feedback or suggestions for improvement?
We are always open for feedback and happy to hear how we can make your experience even more exceptional. Just write us an email to team@wetone.fit.
Are children or dogs allowed in the studio?
IChildren and dogs are generally now allowed in our studios. There are a few exception at our studio at Stockerstrasse, see FAQ at NOW here.
Can I take a session if I'm pregnant?
It is recommended to keep working out to stay fit, so that giving birth goes better, in particular in the first two trimester. In the last trimester it is recommended do avoid too much fitness. Of course it depends always as well on your fitness level and health. If you’re unsure, please discuss this with your doctor first.
How important is proper form/execution when working out?
It is crucial to prevent injuries and maximize the effectiveness of the workout. Our coaches will guide and correct you occasionally and support you in this. It is always recommended to prioritize form/proper execution over the amount repetitions or speed (execution has to be done slowly).
How can I stay motivated to work out regularly?
Join our vibrant community. Our memberships are the best way to train for less (lowest session rates) and get special perks as well. We will set specific goals for you and track your progress, our coaches and team motivate you to workout regularly, you can bring your friends and find new workout buddies and friends, can attend community events, parties, and collaborations. Let’s create your strongest version of yourself.
How often should I work out?
We recommend 1-4 sessions per week depending on your fitness level and other fitness activities. It is generally recommended to aim for at least 150 minutes of exercise per week, and to have at least 1 rest day per week. If you need guidance book a counseling with us.
What can I do with my credits if I move?
If you are leaving Switzerland and won’t be returning, you can reassign your credits to a colleague or a friend by contacting us directly.
